We will work in partnership with you to understand your training and development needs. To produce realistic proposals to close the gaps, design and deliver training and development solutions and to provide an evaluation to identify the improvements made.
We implement a 4 step process:

Define: the initial stage will be to meet and discuss our role as a training consultant. We want to know as much about your business as possible. We will gather data in various ways, from discussion, reviewing performance management data, training needs analysis and focus groups. This will tell us where the gaps are, why they exist and the initial ideas of what we can do together to close them. We put all of this data into a detailed proposal, we will be very honest with you and suggest where necessary if training is not the solution to a particular challenge. We will also begin to discuss the evaluation process of the solution.

Design: Once agreed, we will design a bespoke training and development solution that closes the gaps we identified. It may take the shape of a training course, coaching sessions or other training interventions. We will involve you in each step of the way so that you sign off everything before moving on.

Deliver: We then move onto delivering your training solution. We will work with the relevant teams to ensure they get the skills and knowledge they need. You may want to choose a train the trainer approach, in other words we hand over the solution to your internal teams to deliver.

Evaluate: Once the solution has been delivered, we will carry out a staged approach to evaluating the success of the solution. Once the evaluation has been concluded we will provide you with a detailed report of the findings along with any other recommendations.
